Haley Lynch is an associate attorney with Kest Family Law, P.A.  Originally from a small town in Massachusetts, she moved to the Sunshine State to attend law school.  After graduating from Barry University School of Law in May of 2021, she took and passed the Florida Bar Exam.  In late September of 2021, Haley was officially sworn in to the Florida Bar.  Although she loves the law, she loves her family even more.  She lives in Baldwin Park with her fiancé, Chris, and her beloved cat, Graycie, whom she rescued from her law school’s campus her first semester.  Together, Chris and Haley enjoy attending Tampa Bay Lightning games (when they’re playing the Boston Bruins), visiting Siesta Key beach, and trekking through Central Florida’s many nature trails and springs.  When not exploring the great outdoors, Haley loves to go workout, curl up with her cat and a historical fiction novel, or watch paranormal shows on television.  She is excited to be a member of the Kest Family Law team and gain some valuable experience in family law.

Kathy comes to Kest Family Law with over 25 years experience in various areas of the legal arena, having worked mostly in family law.  As a single mom, working full time, she received her B.S. from Florida Southern College and M.B.A. from University of Phoenix.

Having made her home in Central Florida, Kathy also worked to improve her community by serving the City of Oviedo for over 19 years on various City boards such as City Council and Land Planning Agency, and on various committees designing the City’s new downtown – Oviedo on the Park.

Kathy is married with one son and two grandchildren.  She enjoys spending time with extended family and traveling.  New Orleans and the mountains are her favorite destinations.
